Do National Garden Gift Vouchers have an expiry date?

Yes. The paper vouchers usually have expiry dates printed on the back. If the voucher has no expiry date on the back, or if the expiry date is earlier than 2013, then the voucher can be spent.

For gift cards you can look up the expiry date of your card by using our balance checker. Gift cards will expire 30 months (2½ years) from the date on which they are purchased.

How do I check the balance of my National Garden Gift Voucher gift card?

Card balances can be checked using our balance checker or calling the balance enquiry line 0121 260 2849 and entering the 16-digit card number on the reverse of the card.
